For the safety and convenience of its customers, Robinsons Malls is introducing a new way to shop. While online shopping reached new levels of popularity when the community quarantine measures were put into place, getting the items delivered exactly when the shoppers wanted them was something that was often beyond their control. Even though the ordering itself was quick and easy, delivery could often take longer than expected due to a number of factors—heavy traffic, inclement weather, and the sheer number of people ordering online.
For those who would like to take control of the delivery situation while still desiring the ease of ordering online or through the phone, Robinsons Malls unveils its latest shopping innovation, the highly convenient and accessible pickup stations. These pickup stations allow shoppers to place food orders or select merchandise from mall tenants and then claim their items at a specified time. Not only is the arrangement practical and convenient, it also keeps everyone safe and out of harm's way.
The process is simple and easy. To place an order, shoppers should first visit Robinsons Malls' official Facebook page to check the list of open tenants and obtain their contact details. For malls located within Luzon, you may also join the Robinsons Malls Luzon community on Viber. Once an order is made with a participating store or restaurant, payment may be settled in variety of ways depending on the chosen merchant. Along with a confirmed pickup schedule, a pickup bay number will then be assigned.
Shoppers just have to park at the designated spot at the specified time and wait for their orders to be delivered to their vehicles.
At four of Robinsons' popular malls in Metro Manila, for instance, there are specially designated curbside pickup points. For Robinsons Galleria, there are 10 pickup stations along the Veranda driveway. Robinsons Place Manila also has 10 pickup stations along Adriatico Street, Sta. Monica Street, Padre Faura Street, and Pedro Gil Street. The pickup stations at Robinsons Magnolia are along the Doña Hemady driveway (Bays 1-5) and Aurora Boulevard driveway (Bays 6-7). At Forum Robinsons, five pickup stations are found at the EDSA bus bay and Pioneer Street driveway.
The pick-up service is now available at all Robinsons Malls throughout the country.
