Robinsons Land Corporation and QUBE Smart Technology Corporation have announced a new collaboration that will usher in the next level of security, efficiency, and convenience in the customer-centric and future-ready properties managed by Robinsons Offices.
The venture to improve productivity and sharpen synergies in the workplaces and destination estates of RLC as well as at affiliated companies within the Gokongwei Group was formalized on July 10, 2023, with a contract-signing event held at work.able at Exxa and Zeta Towers.
Under the partnership, QUBE, the company behind the Philippines' first digital smart locker system, will provide enhanced personal storage for Robinsons Offices occupants' belongings and documents, hassle-free parcel reception to reduce workplace interruptions or missed deliveries, efficient and safe food delivery solutions to prevent food theft, as well as digital advertising platforms for office and retail tenants.
The digital smart lockers will be deployed by the fourth quarter of 2023.
