RLC’s Montclair: Setting the Standard for Real Estate Dev’t in Central Luzon

The destination estate’s new bridge and interchange will be operational in mid-2022

The nationwide expansion of Robinsons Land Corporation continues with Montclair, a mixed-use destination estate that is primed to set the standard for integrated developments in Central Luzon.

Located a mere five minutes away from the Clark Freeport Zone, the 216-hectare sustainable development in Porac, Pampanga, is master planned to offer a diverse mix of locators.

A vibrant commercial area will anchor the development, complemented by residential spaces where families can live comfortably and thrive. Montclair will also house office buildings and logistics facilities for the upwardly mobile to work in; tourism and leisure developments such as hotels and entertainment establishments for rest and recreation; and common spaces to inspire community convergence.

Environmental sustainability is at the core of the urban planning principles applied in Montclair’s land development. This ensures the resilience and sustainable growth of the communities therein.

“Montclair is very well poised to be a premier destination estate in Pampanga. It will showcase Robinsons Land Corporation’s complementary range of real estate developments. Through Montclair, we aim to provide a vibrant, future-ready, and environmentally sustainable setting for communities to thrive,” said Mybelle V. Aragon-GoBio, RLC Senior Vice President and General Manager for Integrated Developments.

Infrastructure works including roads, ramps, bridges, and a dedicated toll plaza are progressing well within the estate. The interchange that will connect Montclair to the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) is on track for completion by the second half of 2022, while site development works for the estate will be completed by 2023.
